I am up about 2 pounds since my vacation -- Yikes--- better get down! :) My starting weight for this challenge is 145.

I am still in the challenge but this week isn't going to be very good! I always only drink water all day so that part is easy....so I will set my microwave timer to go off every 3 hours and eat what I have!

I'm down 1 lb.since last week and will start my 3 hour diet and 8 minutes in the morning program tomorrow

I am down a pound so I am at 156 for this challenge. I am hoping to be at 154 by end of this week. Keeping up my cardio and everything I really hope I hit that!

Well, I am already down 1.5 pounds!!! YEAH!! I WI this morning at 143.4. I hope it doesn't go back up! OK, I will not report any more WI until Sunday!!

Hi- ok my starting weight for the challenge is 158. I am not sure how it will got from here because.......I am pregnant. :0) Wow, I cannot even believe I am typing that for the 5th time.
I am still going to stick to the plan though because I think it is healthy for "both" of us. I will just snack a little extra if needed and choose smart things to munch on.

What do you guys do for cardio? We are thinking about getting an eliptical bike this weekend. Do you have any of you guys go out and walk? if so, have you had any luck with that. I just want to find something that works. I dropped 10lbs so quick right before we got married by going to the gym. We tried a gym recently and it is just really tough with the kids. Seems like someone is always getting sick.

Any tips would be great.

Congrats Heidi! I have 6 and love it! :) Usually! ;) I have an elliptical trainer at home I use for cardio. I tried the gym thing too but after I had twins and went from 3 to 5 kids it got a lot tough trying to get day care at the gym because the one we went to was small and I had to reserve spots no more than 24 hrs in advance. Maybe someday I can join again :)

Congradulations on your pregnancy, I am also doing the 3 hour diet and love to scrapbook. Wish I knew about it when my 3 kids were little now I abuse my 3 year old granddaughter with the picture taking. I walk 3 times a day totaling about an hour or more and it has helped with my weightloss. Yesterday my doc was so happy to hear in 3 weeks that she saw me went from 203lbs to 199 and when I told her about the 3 hour diet she was pleased since I am a diabetic.

Hi everyone,

I have been so busy at work lately that I can never check in until later in the day. I am happy to say that the challenge is going well so far. I know I said I wouldn't post my weight again before Sunday but I can't help it! I am down another pound to 142.4!!!! I guess all the vacation weight just came right off. Now it will get harder!

Yesterday I did my 30 min cardio and 20 min upper body weights. I will do the cardio and lower body today.

How is everyon??! :) :)

Hi everyone! You are doing great! :D I haven't been on my elliptical at all this week - for the first time in 7 weeks :dizzy: - but i have been getting lots of exercise! We cleared out some BIG evergreen trees out of the pasture and have been splitting firewood, raking and burning brush. OMG! My arms are getting buff! :D Been doing pretty good as far as the rest of the plan. Overdid it today at lunch with a pizza and salad bar buffet, only 1 piece of pizza but I had to have a bread stick and then I was an hour off on dinner because we lost track of time working and didn't eat until almost 8 pm. But I feel great and have high hopes for WI! Good luck everyone and keep up the great work! We are awesome! :D

Wow, everyone is losing!!!! How great! :D This is really turning into a competition.

I am down 1 lb. been off for 3 days now so it is really off.....we had dinner out with friends last night and I only ate less that 1/2 of my food so that was a victory for the week.

Don't forget to weigh in on Sunday.
