Default thinking about trying again

You ladies are awsome, I have not posted or eaten right in a couple of months and ya'll have kept this up. I am thinking about trying again. Not sure why I continue to fail on every plan I try.

Lillie - get a journal and be accountable to yourself. That helped me in the begining. And it has become a life way to eat. I incorporate it in my daily schedule now. I still use my Timex wrist watch daily. That really helps me eat on time. And the girls at work are very understandable when I need to slip away for a quick dinner or snack. I am hoping to go down to only one job, but things are not looking so bright. Oh well, we will see.

Anyways Lillie, jump right back on. Do it for yourself and your future. YOU CAN DO IT!

Lillie - welcome back!!! It has been a long journey, but we are all still losing. It has taken me a lot longer than I would have liked, but I am down 18 pounds and it is staying off. So, I would rather have 18 off and be where I am instead of back to my old eating habits and gaining all that weight back. Allison is so right - baby steps!!! You can do it!!
