Well I have been haveing a very hard time getting (and staying) under 160#'s. Everytime I go into the 150's I end up back into the 160's when TOM arrives and it takes me 2-3 weeks to recover and get back into the 150's again. Well Tom struck and guess what? Yep! You guessed it I WI at 158 this am! Whew Whew!!!! Yeah! So I am going to try very hard to be very good and try to get some exercises in and stay here ( or lower) so when Tom is gone he can take some #'s with him this time! SO I had to tell someone and thought it should be the LLRS!
