) However it has still been a good week - not the best - but good.
I am starting a whole-bodydetox tonight. It's a 21 day regimen to clean out the toxins from your entire body. Is this a good time to quit smoking?

I'm excited about it - but kinda nervous. It says there may be side effects (from what I can tell, similar to severe PMS so what's the diff?

HEHE) but they only "generally" last from 2-4 hrs. Am I "general"?

I eat my regular diet and drink lots of water. green tea, and organic apple juice. Then there is a 7 day colon cleansing, that has a 5 day fast with no solid food - THAT SHOULD BE FUN!

Anyway I'll let you know how it goes. Who knows maybe I'll lose 10lbs in crap!
Just got a few errand to run today. Brynna has pre-school, and Danae's school if having a charity drive for Hurricane Katrina Relief and the clothes and donated items are being picked up tomorrow by the coast guard, so I gotta go drop off stuff there. Here's to another great OP day!
