Default Shanna's work out schedule for 9-19 to 9-24

this is my work out for this week


Monday = 8 mm (done)
cardio sculpt (done)
4 miles walking (done)


Tuesday= 8 mm (done)
3 miles walking

Weds = 8 mm
cardio sculpt

Thurs = 8 mm
4 miles walking

Friday = 8 mm
cardio sculpt

Sat = 8 mm
4 miles walking

Sunday = Rest day
