Default Laurie's Food Journal 8-23 to 8 -27

8:45 Breakfast: Coffee with splenda, 2 eggs, 1/2 banana, 1 waffle and 6oz of skim milk.

11:45 Snack: 1/2 of a bojangles biscuit


2:45 Lunch french onion soup with a salad and some bread

5:45 Dinner 1 regular hotdog on a FF bun with 1 banana

8: 45 Snack


WATER WATER WATER!!! Them durn diet cokes!!

ACK!!!!!!!!!! that time period from about 2-5 KILLS ME!!! Lets just say this, I didnt' stick to that plan yesterday during that time!!! Some one come duct tape my mouth shut during that time! LOL!

congrats, Laurie that's what we all hould do! Get back to the plan.

Honey! I have read JC's previous book where he advice to have fruit only in the morning. So what do you think? I do not know, what he advise in th 3hour one. Take a look at it!

I know he says only have it in the morning but if I need that extra boost, I would rather eat a banana than a bag of chips!
