Cool Weds., Aug. 17

Ok, I am going to do the dreaded treadmill today.... I haven't been doing the 8mm.....getting lazy again and peeked at the scales and I am up so there ya go!!!!

It seems for me the exercise is a key in losing or at least STS. I keep blaming the heat but I have several exercise videos, treadmill, the 8mm at JC site....and I don't use any of them.

Sooooooooo that all is changing today!!! Watch out....I will get this right.

Everyone have a good OP day.

Phyllis

Shanna,

Good for you going out at 4:30am!!!!! Wow! I have two young kids too - ages 1 and 2. They are both up around 5:30 or 6 and I felt I can not get up any earlier than that. I congratulate you!!!

Phyllis, I am like you - I need the exercise to loose. I did 30 min stairmaster yesterday with a bit of weights. I need to do more weights.....

thanks phyllis, my son hasn't gotten any teeth yet, but he's being BF, some formula and solid. my son has an endless pit for a stomache lol.

my advice with biting is when he does it tell her to delatch and tell him no that hurts mommy. and keep doing that till he gets the point across not to bite.
