Good Morning Lifetime Losers:

For some reason I am up early today. Why is it when we can sleep in our bodies don't cooperate?

I am still staying OP and oh it feels soooo good!!! I haven't peeked at the scale since Monday. I'm tempted, but trying to stay off! I am hoping for a good weight loss this week but I also know TOM's due on Saturday so that could really mess up my scale results this week.

Oldest DD moves into her freshman dorm a week from today. Still lots to do. The costs for everything she needs from health/beauty products, dorm room stuff, school supplies, and clothes is out of sight. I need another job to pay for all of this.

Tonight I am going to a pampered chef party. I haven't been to one of those in years so I am looking forward to it. I told the hostess not to count me in on the food as I wouldn't be eating any of it. So hopefully that will stop me from tasting the foods they make for the party.

Also, planning on power walking this morning. Have a great day everyone staying OP.

PS: I finished the 5th Harry Potter book - "The Order of the Phoenix". It was so good. Now I can start the 6th one.

Karen,

Do you think you could bottle some of your perseverance and sell it to me? Just look at your weight tracker! Must make you feel wonderful everytime you look at it. 20 lbs gone - 1/2 way to goal! What an inspiration!

Today is Donald's neurologist day. Then, this afternoon, his family is coming to visit with fried chicken. They tried to teach me to make it, but I was NOT successful.

Yesterday was our 1-year-anniversary. We've been together for 27 years, but married for only 1 year.

I am REALLY enjoying the course I'm teaching now. VERY nice group of people.

Take care everyone,

Lynn

Well today is another busy day for us. I am taking the kids to have pictures taken at 11 this morning, then the exterminator comes at 3pm then we have football practice tonight. I am also in the middle of preparations for Keilyn's birthday this weekend so that is keeping me busy! I am feeling kinda yucky this morning, got up feeling alittle sick to my stomach. I just hope its not a stomach bug because I have lots to do over the next few days!

Hope everyone has a great OP day!

Not much going on here, not working today...too hot to go out but I must make a trip to the grocery....I hate grocery shopping and I always spend a small fortune.

Did some treadmill work yesterday, I am improving a little on the time but have a long ways to go to hit 30 mins. Hey but I'm trying.

Laurie I hope your not getting a bug!!! When does school start there?

27 yrs. Lynn, how wonderful. We have been 18 yrs.and it gets better every year. Glad your class is going well.

Karen as usual you are an inspiration to all of us...you'll lose that vacation weight quickly and then on to losing the next 20 lbs and yes it does feel better to get back on the diet doesn't it.

Make it a good one, Phyllis

Hi everyone,

I have been somewhat on plan. My timing has been a bit off but my calories are in check. I did 20 minutes of stairmaster yesterday and 1/2 hour of a weight circuit at home. Squats, etc. I will be trying this combo for a while for my excercise. I will do the circuit 3 times a week and the cardo 5-6 times a week...

Have a great day!

Hi to all! Happy Anniversary to everybody who has one. It's slow in here, i try to be on the plan, but by afternoon i sabotage myself, i do not even want to see the scale on sunday, i'm scared from it. I do not drink my water. Well looking forward to September. I hope that will bring some structure.
