Ok, I'll start today......

Here I have one more dinner out tonight, a birthday party and I do believe that means CAKE!!!! lol I'll do the very best I can...........why does this always happen right before weight in?????

No one answered the question where are we meeting up and when? How many are interested? Nosey aren't I. Really I would be interested but we are already making some reservations for one trip so please let me know at least the month your thinking of.

Not much news here (except the dreaded CAKE), still very hot and afternoon thunderstorms.....I love Florida in the summer! lol

Be careful around that cake, Phyllis. Tomorrow I have to watch out for "cheesecake". It is so hot and humid here in Cincinnati the dog doesn't even want to go outside. I go from the air conditioned house to the air conditioned car to the air conditioned whereever I am going and if they don't have air - I don't go. I can't believe I am looking forward to winter.

My friend, Cindi, died last night - on her 48th birthday. Imagine - going to be with Jesus on your birthday. She had breast cancer and it spread into her bones and then into her brain. She battled for five long years and was my cheerleader. I will miss her terribly and her family is devastated. They are having a hard time letting her go. She asked them to be at peace because she was at peace. But they are not accepting it. I feel so bad for them I just don't know what to do. Please pray for the Barne's family - she had four kids (the youngest is 11 and the oldest is 21).

Thank you all so much for being there for me.

Good morning, everyone. Teri, I am soooo sorry to hear about your friend. How sad! I really feel for the kids!

Phyllis, "just say no"! To the cake, I mean! I know it is hard but YOU CAN DO IT! Think about how many calories in 1 slice!!!!! You would probably have to work out all day to burn it off!!!!!

Well, I have been doing really well. I think I have finally found my groove! I peeked again today and I am down 1 pound!!!! I MUST NOT CHEAT TODAY!!! LOL!

Teri, that is very sad news about your friend...what a terrible loss for her family and you also. Be thankful she was in your life and that she is at peace now. I know, it's hard. I will say a prayer for her, her family and you.
