Well I got some great news! I finally hit the 10 # mark! What an accomplishment! U have been waiting and waiting to hit this mark. I cant wait to shed just 5 more, how exciteing! I had gained a couple pounds last weigh in (Toms fault) but I lost that and then some! I am 160.8 down from 164! SO down 4.8 pounds!!!!! YiPpEe! YiPpEe! I have been doing so good lately and it is finally showing. I can tell my metabolism is kicked in higher I dont feel as tired ( although when I was sick last week I was tired) I just hope now that Im better I wont eat all that bad food in the kitchen and Im going to my nephew and nieces birthday party tonight. Ill treat myself to a slier of cake and thats it! Im too proud of myself to mess up now!
Congrats to Dani and Phyllis WOO HOO!! AWESOME! Well here is my bad news...up 4lbs....very crazy...had a great week too...this exercising and weight training it really holding things up I think...but someone told me that after 3-4 weeks my body should just kick in and start losing..so I am not going to get frustrated...did well this week...feel good about myself...made good choices....it will all pay off in the long run...I just know it.
Congrats to all the ladies who lost weight this week. I am stuck like Creamy so must be more careful about eating as close to every 3 hrs as I can. Wendy
