I know school has already started here and other areas are getting ready to start so I am hoping everyone is just school shopping and preparing children and we haven't lost everyone!!!!

Well Im around, not doing the greatest but I am around. Trying to deal with all the disasters that have accurred this week! UGH! OK I am off to walk that tread mill!
I am on the board, but not on the program. Let me know if you want me to hang out with you until I can get myself together, or come back when I've done that.
Actually, I value everyone's friendship even more than the weight loss. Especially at this time in my life. I haven't been posting as much because I am back at work and things are a little stressful there and, of course, I am not following the plan wholeheartedly. I really miss Becca, Becky, Jessica, Lillie, Barbara, - there are so many who are not posting anymore. Why??? I would rather we all stay together and if we lose weight along the way - great!! If not, at least we can still communicate and offer each other support in other ways. Changing our eating habits is a lifetime deal - and we can do a little bit at a time, even if not totally on the plan. I'm just trying to drink more water and watch my fats. Hopefully, when the weather cools, I can start walking again.
I just think its important that we stay together - even if its just to pop in and say "Hi".
Well Becca has been very busy, I talked to her on Sunday. Becky has started an *at home flower designing business" and has been very busy with that and helping her DH do they hay thing. Barbara was having some issues with her medicine and has been workingo n getting that straight for the bipolar. Lillie went to Alaska, I believe, and well Im not sure what happen there, Jessica is around but she is probably posting more on the JC site due to the contest she is in. Everyone who has a copy of the address book, feel free to give someone a phone call and give them that *extra push* they need to find their way back. Even if you are not following the plan, we have all established good friendships here and I hope they continue. Atleast we know we can come here and chit chat and vent and do what ever else we need to do!
Hi everyone. I have been off the program and have felt guilty about it and therefore have not been posting. I am going thru a transisiton time in my life. My current job (which I love) is coming to an end on 8/26. I am trying to figure out what I am going to do for $$ after that.
Mark has just thrown a curve ball into things. He want to go to "golf school", which means we would have to move to either Myrtle Beach, Orlando, San Diego, Phoenix or Honolulu for him to do that. This wouldn't be until next Fall (with a wedding before we left).
Anyway, I miss you all. I need to get my life figured out so that I can focus on loosing weight again.
That is his top choice!!! I have never been there before. Is it nice? Would we be able to find an affortable place to rent or buy a home? Would I be able to find a job in education?
There are so many *sides* to Myrtle Beach, since I only go there on vacation I can't really say what it would be like to live there. Even the Wilimington area which is like 20 mins from MB would be nice. MB is such a tourist place, maybe you can look right outside of the MB area to live. Too bad Charlotte or the surrounding area doesn't have a golf school, you guys could move here!
I'm here! We are in Michigan, visiting family. I really don't have much time.
I miss you all too! I finally got an email from JC, and the contest will be starting on August22. They keep moving the date. Hopefully this will be it. I will let you know more...
When we get back to Ohio, I will check in daily again. I need your support! And I want to be there for you all too! I feel like we are all kind of floundering, and I want to get back on track!
I've just been kind of sitting back in the shadows 'taking everything in'. I really enjoy this community each of you have created. I'm glad to be here. Thanks for making me feel welcomed.
