Default Post your Monday 8/1 NSV(s)

NSV - Non Scale Victory

We post our weekly weigh ins, but it is the changes that we are making in our lives that really count -not the scale. Every day, we should post at least 1 NSV for the day. Whether it is eating every 3 hours, eating all of your veggies, drinking all of your water, working out when you'd rather veg on the couch, and even someone noticing your weight loss! You will be surprised how this motivates you, especially when that scale doesn't move!

My NSV for today: Tried the Billy's Bootcamp Live DVD for a change and I was able to keep up with 80% of it. I'm not all that co-ordinated, so I sometimes have trouble when they speed things up too much! When it got to a point where I couldn't keep up, I jogged in place. I finished the 30 minute DVD soaked with sweat and it felt good.

I got online and started the "Get Back on Track" Challenge. I had thought about staying away from here. Glad I didn't.

Let's see - I made it 2 days in a row 100% On Plan. That's a victory no matter what that fickle scale says!!!
