Default I'm Back!!!!

and I SOOOOO missed you guys. You have been my lifeline this summer, and I was so lost without you. I was TERRIBLE while in Utah. Here's a typical day: wake at 5:30 to get a shower in (three of us in a hotel room and had to be at the convention center by 7), ate a Luna Bar and a piece of fruit leather (closest thing to having a piece of fruit that I could do.) Lunch was provided for us, but not until 11. I packed granola bars to take with me, but often forgot to eat them, because we were so busy. Lunches were some type of sandwich, some type of chips, a piece of fruit, a cookie or brownie AND an ice cream treat. Ladies, I ATE it ALL!! And then as if that wasn't bad enough, we went out for dinner four nights in a row and I ate a cheeseburger and a BEER, a big burrito and a margarita with lots of chips and salsa, brazilian grill meat (tons of it), and spinach ravioli last with alfredo last night. The girls I was with were all food lovers and dying to try different really good restaurants, and I totally got caught up in the excitement, and then didn't make good choices. And I LOVED it!!! It was all so delicious. I don't even want to get on the scale tomorrow. I am right back on track now that I am home. I am determined to do this. I have no more vacations or conventions planned until next summer. Oh yeah, and before we went to convention, we were at dh's cousin's wedding in indianapolis, and I ate a good dinner and lots of cosmopolitans there!! I am disgusting!!!

Except I'm not. I actually had a GREAT time at my convention. I learned so many exciting new stamping techniques, got lots of great ideas, met some awesome people, and am so inspired to just ENJOY my life and my stampin' business!

Now that I'm home, I can fully throw myself into becoming a healthy, happy person.

I can't wait to talk to you all again! Thanks for letting me make my confession. I hope you all had a great week.

btw, my makeover challenge still hasn't started, now they are thinking it will be first week in August....

Jessica, There's more to life than dieting. Sometimes you need to have fun. We all spend most of our lives dieting. What we all need to do is make sure we know how to get back on with our good eating habits. This is the place for that.

Glad you had a good time.

We thought it would make it easy for everyone. Plus we are two peas in a pod. Take time to get to know her. I know you and I click and all my friends click really well with my mom. So I know you'll just love her and she will you!

Call me if you have a chance Id love to chat about the convention and stuff.

Hi Jessica, glad to see you back and you had a great time at the wedding and the convention. Do you have a web site for your stamping?

Try to get back OP as soon as possible....I've not lost but a couple of lbs. but feel so much better this past week just being OP...it does make a difference. I am usually more off plan

You have a great reason to stay motivated.....
