Not to mention it tastes better and is a heckuva lot cheaper
There have been several threads about Green Tea at the Does It Work forum -
here's one for example - some good info in there.
Personally, I don't think there's anything WRONG with green tea, but the weight loss effects IMO are WAY overrated, if they exist at all - at the most it's probably the diuretic effects which is just water loss anyway.
