Anyway, it's Thursday & I don't have any big plans for the day.

Last night was Bunco. The group is getting faster at playing now that everyone is pretty familiar with the rules. We got talking about scrapbooking & I agreed to help some folks with their's.

BTW - anyone know where Jessica is?

I've been doing pretty well with eating - plan my meals every morning & try to stay away from high GI carbs. The scale will tell on Sunday.

I am trying to stay OP this week, I really have never done that. So with no exercise we will see what the WI brings. JC says you can lose even if you don't.....we will find out.

Hot here in Flordia but that is what we expect down here...you all are much hotter than we are Been a strange summer so far but I see some states are getting some cooler relief.

Going to actually drive myself to the grocery today.....first time since this shingle attack 3 wks. ago. So I am excited!!!! Gheez what my life has quickly turned into!!!!

Staying home and eating in I must say makes the diet and I guess any diet so much easier....I have all the BAD snacky things out of the house now so I'm really going for it this week.

Jessica is at a stamp convention she'll be back soon. I havn't done well this week at all. Slowly gaining back.

I know what you mean, Dani. I have been doing horrible ever since surgery. I feel great - just can't get out and exercise . I still have my drain tubes in and they won't come out until next Tuesday. Kinda hard to hide those things. People have been bringing the most fabulous meals - unfortunatey not OP. I try to eat small amounts - but then there is the desserts to contend with .

I finally got my a/c on van fixed. Went to pick up van last night and the temperature outside was 64 degrees (yes a/c works). It has been in the 100 range all last week - not that I want that back either . So, I think today I am going to the produce market and get lots of fresh veggies and fruit so I can get back OP. I haven't driven in a week. So I know what you mean, PHyllis - - I'm ready to roll!! I need to get out!!
