Question Need your opnion

So, the unorganized person that I am....I completely forgot about one of my meetings today that is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. One of my meals is scheduled for 10:30 AM. Typically, I can sneak out of some of my meetings, but this one I am actually facilitating, so I can't exactly sneak out of it!

My questions to all of you...if I eat my meal @ 9:45, should I move my next meal (1:30PM) up 45 minutes as well, or should I leave it the same? Thanks in advance!

If you eat at 9:45, next meal (or snack) should be at 12:45'ish.

I would eat at 9:45ish before the meeting and then make sure you move all of the next meals up to. Its better to eat early than late but also, if you know this kind of meeting is going to take place can you maybe eat breakfast 30-45 mins earlier in order to keep all the other meals on time?

Thanks Lynn and Laurie!

I figured as much, but just wanted to check with the experts!

Laurie - moving my first meal up would be a bit hard for me. I'm barely awake with the 4:30am meal! These types of meetings only happen once a quarter, so I shouldn't have to worry about it too much. Thanks for the info!
