Default LLRS Measurments?

Hi LLRS,

Are you all still measuring on your weigh in days? Did everyone copy over their progress so far? Just wondering, because I noticed when I stalled weight-wise I did lose inches so I think it really does help.

I am doing the measurments. But at a different site which is free. I am seeing how it works, if its good I'll post it here and we can all use it. I always log it into my written journal as wekk and do the graph thing. Also EXCEL can be a good place or any graph on your computer. But I will keep you all informed about the other site and how it workes. Mostly for weigh in would be all I think its good for so far. But it logs the inches and stuff.

I haven't kept my measurements much at all, I need to but I haven't! Maybe we need to keep a measurement post here so everyone can post if they want to, maybe not exact measurements but inches lost too!

I took my measurements in the beginning and then again 1 month later. At that point I had lost a total of 7 inches around the body. I have not taken any measurements since then.

Dani,

Help! I cannot figure out the graph thing on Excel! Techo challenged I guess. Can you send me a spreadsheet if you have one that I can use? Or e-mail me the site you are trying? I want to transfer all of my info over from JC and I cannot figure out where to put it!

Thanks!

Becky,

Start now! Not the same as the from the beginning but still....you know you are going to lose some more right? So at least you can start this Sun. And anyone left on JC can at least copy their measurements before they go. Do you remember what ones to take? Want me to go look for you?

Hi all,

I just took my measurements again. I lost a total of 5 more inches!!!! That makes a total of 12.5 inches since I started the program! I am down 10 pounds. Here is the breakdown of the major changes since starting:

Hips - 2.75 inches GONE!
Waist - 3.5 inches GONE!
Upper Thigh - 1 inch GONE!

Has anyone else been keeping up with their measurements?

It might sound a bit much but I have started an excel spreadsheet with all my measurements. It is really cool because later you can really see your progress!!!
