  • Which book are you following? Are you faithfull every morning? Any particular move you REALLY like and feel that *sting* from? Which 8mm do you absolutely dislike doing?

    Have you seen any results from doing the 8mm? How many inches have you lost?!?!?


    Any advice, words of wisdom, info you would like to pass on to others who are considering doing the 8mm?!?!?
  • Unfortunately, I have stopped doing the 8mm because I started doing cardio (walking). I am planning to start the 8mm again, though, in addition to my walking. Baby steps!!!! LOL

  • I purchased 8 Minutes in the Morning for Extra-Easy Weight Loss. I really wanted to purchase one of the other books, but the store I was at didn't have any other books by Jorge. Since today is only day 2, I don't have a favorite, but I was surprised to feel my pecks were sore this morning from the squeeze hold from yesterday. No worries though...I love the feeling of sore muscles (I know, I'm crazy!) I plan to do them every day...who can't find 8 minutes to get them done?
  • Well, honestly, for me it takes longer than 8 minutes. I guess I rest a bit more between all the excercises. I still need to carve out at least 15-20 minutes!!!
