i love it...i'll make my reward a new pair of shoes (i love shoes). that's if i weigh 132 by the end of august. that is 2 lbs a week over 5 weeks and work out an average of 60 minutes per day (420 a week). can i do it??? with your support i can!
YES you can Shannon!! Just make sure your goals are little obtainable goals to work towards!! You can do anythng in the world if you want it bad enough!!! Keep up that positive attitude!!
