Ladies, I am leaving tomorrow morning, and will be gone for a week. We are headed first to Indianapolis to attend dh's cousin's wedding (which dh is in), and then I'm headed to Salt Lake City for my Stampin' Up! Convention. I'm sooooo excited! I will be back on Friday July 29th in the afternoon. If I'm not too beat, I'll check in with you all then!

Jessica starting Sunday keep track of any exercising you do an addition to the food. Wether its walking at the convention, or a walk the morning of the wedding. Keep a tally of those points too, remember those additional points start this Sunday. Hope you get this post in time.
