Good Morning ladies! Well I just finished checking out the food journal thread and all I can say is..................lord help us!

How did everyone sleep last night? How is everyone feeling about the upcoming weigh in? Seems like alot of us need to really buckle down and get serious, our LLers are not looking to good here this week. Can't wait for the challenge to begin.

Hope everyone has a great day!

BTW - Laurie - next photo, you need to wear a new top - one that fits. The reason you can't see wt loss is because that top is too big on you.

Oooohhh Laurie - keep washing those hands, girl. Hope you don't catch it either - no fun to lose weight that way Hope everyone is feeling better real soon!!

Lynn - It's rainy here, too. Have fun with Donald's family today!!

Becky - I think I need the whip myself!! I have been eating out a lot. People keep taking me out to lunch and dinner - they act like I am never coming back! Kinda scarey - only having surgery here and some chemo - plan to keep working - will be back!! So I dread getting on the scale Sunday. I took my measurements - not good. Although, I am now wearing some of my size 12 clothes - go figure.

Lynn:

I can't figure out what all the family codes stand for: DB (brother), SIL (sister in law or son in law), DC (no clue), DCW (no clue), DS (son). Can you tell me what some of them stand for? Sorry, I'm not as compter savy as the rest of you are!

Lynn, hope you enjoy the time with your family! Try not to get stressed out!

Laurie, I hope you don't get sick too! I think I am fighting something....

Beck, I keep meaning to tell you, I love you picture. You are beautiful!!

Teri, hang in there! Great job on the clothing size!! That's what I go by, mainly, is how my clothes fit! I hope you are feeling okay, and want you to know you are daily in my thoughts and prayers. You have an amazing positive attitude. You are such an inspiration!

Allison--fifteen pounds is great progress! Get back in the game! We are all here for you!

Karen, you are amazing! Over half way to your goal! Don't leave us once you get there!!!

Everyone else, I hope you have a fabulous day today!

I spend nearly all day yesterday stamping, and have some fun cards to show for it. I am so addicted to the stamping, it's scary.. I'm going to try to attach a copy of the card I made for my best friend from high school, who just told me she's pregnant. If you can't tell, the words say "You GROW, girl!" I love that! It worked, so I've added a couple more cards too...

I don't know if it will work, I'll check.

Anway, I hope you all have a great day!
Take Care!

Good morning everyone!

Jessica, those stamp cards are sooo nice! You could go into business and sell them!

Lynn, have fun with visiting with family -- try to stay OP!

Allison -- Glad to see you back OP!

Everyone else -- HELLO!

I weighed myself again this morning and I was back down about 1.5 pounds. PHEW! I am still not loosing but at least it is not as bad as yesterday!!!!!

I am proud to say that I completed another 1/2 hour walk yesterday. The area is very hilly so I am goin up and down and my heart rate is working!!! I drove the path I take and it looks like it is just about 2 miles! I think that means I walk appx 4 MPH. Probably a bit less.

Have a wonderful day!!
