I do the Leslie Sansone Walk away the lbs. for abs workout tapes most of the time..when Its just too doggone hot to walk outside...and that way I know if Im walking 2 or 3 miles.
Ususally, tho If you are walking a pretty fast pace....which means you have trouble conversing while walking..that means you are at a good aerobic pace..and you should be averaging 4 mph or 1 mile per 15 minutes. Most people walk a little slower than that, me included when I walk outside..usually 1 mile in 20 minutes for me??? Do you have access to a treadmill that you can walk on to judge how fast you are walking per mile??
