Default Jorge Cruise Eight Minutes In The Morning Advice???

Im thinking of starting this program, but I was wondering if anyone else is doing it or has done it and their results/experiences with it??? Also do I HAVE to follow his eating plan? it seems a bit confusing to me and it would be hard for me to follow while Im at my bf's house....

I didn't do it, but I read three of the books and thought it made a lot of sense! I particularly liked the "real sizes" book. Which one do you have?

You may not have to follow the eating plan if you are already following similar diet program. Have you seen "Eating for Life" by Bill Philips? I think it will fit right in with the 8 Minutes program.

I have the '8 minutes in the morning: a simple way to start your day that burns fat and sheds the pounds' I read through it on wednesday when I got it from the library, and it seems like it would work, but like I mentioned I'm not too crazy about the eating plan...I'm on Weight Watchers right now...well on/off. I have trouble sticking to my points target and when I know I'm going to be over I don't want to journal....I'm usually over when I'm at my bf's house...they are junk food junkies....

The exercise routines are great - you can use them in conjunction with your WW program or which ever eating program, lol

I love the 8 minutes in the morning plan! I have the flat belly one, and I've only been on it a little over a week and I've already lost 5 pounds! I actually think that the eating plan is really simple. All you have to do is fill half of your plate with veggies (or fruit at breakfast), a fourth with protein, and a fourth with carbs at every meal. Theres no calorie counting or anything! I don't know if it's the same with the book you have, but if it's not, you might try the flat belly book. You also get a "treat" at the end of each day. The exercises are really simple and don't take long at all. I strongly recommend this program to ANYONE! Trust me, you might have your doubts at first, but its REALLY worth a try.

Hey all! I've been adding elements of the program to my new improved healthy lifestyle. Been doing the exercises each morning. Not following the eating plan 100% but I have added flax seed oil to my diet and it seems to be helping. Lost 8 pounds over the last two weeks!

The plan is not really confusing, Jorge just breaks it down to make sure youkeep that metabolism going and he wants you to eat within 1 hour of waking and then every three hours from there. He also wants you to break your calories down for eat meal so you will have 50 calories for veggies, 45 calories for fat, 225 calories for protein and 80 carlories for carbs. His new 3 Hour Diet book is awsome and goes into great details about it. Alot of us who just recently joined 3fc came from his website here and have great success with his plan. Jorge does suggest doing his food plan but as long as you get exercise in, in some shape or forum no matter what food plan you follow, you can lose. You will benefit from any forum of exercise. Good luck to you !
