I started following this plan in October and found it very reasonable. I haven't lost (or gained) any weight over the holidays (mainly because I ate too much), but am continuing with the plan. I like it because it kind of teaches one not to obsess over food and it focuses more on overall health and blood sugar stability.
It's way too quiet in here. We're going to go ahead and close this forum this weekend. However, we will encourage threads in the general diet forum. If it picks back up, we'll reopen
