Hi Everyone,
I just found this site and I'm so excited! I feel good so far, been doing weight watchers for three weeks. I can feel my motivation slowly slipping away though! How is that every time i get to about a month into the diet I just want to give up? I am going to the meetings but I have started to cheat more and think more about food again! I just need some advice on how you all get through your slumps. Any reply would be appreciated! Thanks
Try to change your thinking...this is not a diet but a lifestyle change - permanent and forever. Diets are something we start, quit after awhile, regain all we lost, start again. Take it one meal at a time if you have to, but think about all the good things you do for yourself everyday - did you drink your water, exercise, eat more fruit and veggies, etc.
