I've hit the 1 month slump, help!
Hi Everyone, I just found this site and I'm so excited! I feel good so far, been doing weight watchers for three weeks. I can feel my motivation slowly slipping away though! How is that every time i get to about a month into the diet I just want to give up? I am going to the meetings but I have started to cheat more and think more about food again! Maybe you just need to add something new and exciting. Have you been exercising?

Try to change your thinking...this is not a diet but a lifestyle change - permanent and forever. Diets are something we start, quit after awhile, regain all we lost, start again. Take it one meal at a time if you have to, but think about all the good things you do for yourself everyday - did you drink your water, exercise, eat more fruit and veggies, etc.
