One good day!

  • Hi ladies. Well, I managed to get one good day under my belt. I guess it's one day at a time. I'm feeling pretty smug today, hope that feeling stays throughout this day as well so I can avoid the "snacks" that keep calling my name. I actually ate breakfast; something I haven't done in many years. Changing habits is going to be difficult but I'm in for the long haul. My biggest temptation is at night. The snacks keeps calling to me. Any suggestions on how to calm the "snack voices?"
  • Yup, make sure you have good snacks around. There's a thread around this morning with lots of good ideas what to eat that has 50, 100 or 150 calories.
