Hi everyone I'm new and wanted to introduce myself. I'm just starting my weight loss journey for the umpteenth time, but am convinced that this will be the last time I have to take the journey. I am currently 21 pounds down from my starting weight and have 150 or so more to go. Any tips are appreciated and welcome, this seems like such a wonderful place for support. Thanks, Katie

Welcome to 3FC! Yay for the Pacific Northwest - I say we all have it a lil worse with all the rain, but we can totally do it.

I have about the same as you to lose and would love to keep in touch. Are you following any specific plans?

Hi Sara!

Thanks for the warm welcome! I agree the rain can be a bit much, but I like to think that our summers make up for it .

Currently I've joined up with Jenny Craig. I've been with them since June, and it's going pretty well for me. Other than that I'm just trying to be really careful about what goes into my mouth, and am steadily increasing my exercise as I go along. I'm enouraged by the way that my clothes are fitting now, and my job has become easier to do as I ramp up the exercise.
