Hi there! I just joined yesterday. I'm in my 30's, married with one child. I really started putting on the pounds after the birth of my son, 4 years ago. I'm also on antidepressants which cause weight gain which doesn't help. I'm trying to lose 40 pounds within the next year. I don't like diets but am trying portion control and to cut out the junk food. I want to start exercising though I don't have much motivation. Any advice would be welcome. Also, how do you add the goal chart at the end of the post? thanks.

To add the ticker along the bottom go to User CP (which is located on the left hand side of the purple bar running along the top of the page) and click on change signature.. the details are in there
