Hi All!
I am new here and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Christine and have struggled with weight loss and dieting for most of my adult life. It is well beyond time that I get really serious and lose this weight.
I am going to follow the Atkins diet plan -- it's the "easiet" diet for me to follow. Any low fat/low calorie/ww type plans leave me hungry and really really unpleasent to be around.
