I'm new and I need some support sticking to healthly food and getting more exercise. I'm a 21 yr old married mother of 2 boys ages 5 and 9 months. I find it hard to get any exercise time in. My son is going through the all I want is mommy stage. When I do get him down to bed I'm constantly cleaning and dishes. My husband is barely home during the week because he works 45 mins way (thats good weather) and doesn't get home until early morning so he's mostly here to sleep. I loved fast food I have cut down alot(3 times or more a week before) since I have decided to work on my weight issue. I have been working on what I eat at home and drinking lots of water. I'm just looking for other to talk too and keep me in line. My current weight is 187.5 and I'm looking to get down to 130 hopefully by Aug 8th 07. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
