Here's about me, I have just ballooned the past year not so much on the scale as in the middle from a 10 to a 16, I would like to be an 8.
I started with a trainer and diet doc, problem is I tried the no carbs for a week (made it 2 days) and almost went insane. What is the best way to beat the reg coke addiction. I went three days with out even a sip, and now I am ready to give in.
I am currently taking, Phentramentazine? 3 x daily, weekly shots and carb blockers and went three days no carbs (almost) worked out 2 x hard and still no ketosis, I actually gained weight
