
I also have a problem with late night binging. Have been doing it for years and sometimes I wake and eat in the middle of my sleep pattern and eat as well. I've had some sucess with changing my eating patterns and eating early upon waking and eating small high protein meals throughout the day.
I have to be very consistant for it to work. It's hard to remember to eat 5 times a day but when I do I always loose consistantly.
I have to loose about 40 lbs and have just started to improve my eating patterns.
