Default Binge eating

I just joined today. I am hoping these forums bring me motivation. I still have 50lbs to lose after losing 22 lbs in 1 and a half years. I think i would have been to my goal right now, if it wasnt for the late night bingeing. Does any one have any helpful tips to stop the late night eating?

I also have a problem with late night binging. Have been doing it for years and sometimes I wake and eat in the middle of my sleep pattern and eat as well. I've had some sucess with changing my eating patterns and eating early upon waking and eating small high protein meals throughout the day.
I have to be very consistant for it to work. It's hard to remember to eat 5 times a day but when I do I always loose consistantly.
I have to loose about 40 lbs and have just started to improve my eating patterns.
