I've been a long time reader / browser of 3FC, and wanted to make the commitment to get fit. I know, great timing with the holidays coming up, but hey! No better time than the present, right?

I'm 33, single, no kids, a semi-stressful desk job, and a lazy butt that will be moving here. I saw a quote in the Support section that just forced a "light-bulb" moment, and so YodaGirl was born!

Do or do not, there is no try.
