I've been reading some people stuff about the amount of time they work out and I see that most people work out for about an hour. Do I really need to work out that long? Also, how often should I measure myself? I measured myself yesterday and hadn't long so much as a milimeter. But now I'm thinking maybe it was too soon from the last time I measured myself.

The very very basic-est weight loss adage is to .... eat less and move more. So ... an hour? ... is that more? Chances are you just need to get started doing what you can do. A few minutes of intense activity is a good place to start.
