If you describe your situation a little more, people here may be able to help. They're great at that! What have you tried? Do you exercise? Have you tried calorie counting (probably the simplest plan to follow and least expensive option)?
Welcome. Yes, have you tried counting calories? That's what I do and it's sooo easy most of the time, unless you eat out alot. Just walking 30 mins a day and eating 1300-1500 mostly healthy calories is what works very well for me. All ya need is a calculator.
