Red face new kid on the block
i just signed up tonight and tomorrow i am beginning my journey of losing 100 pounds over the next 6 - 12 months. i do not know much about this forum so any pointers anyone can offer would be great. hopefully u'll be hearing from me soon under the success stories.

skinEjeans. There are lots of great threads on this site. Look around and jump in anywhere that interests you. Are you doing a specific food plan? There are lots of threads for specific plans.
