Neat site! Eager to explore a bit more, but thought I should intro, 1st:
44 years old. Lost 113 lbs in 3 years with WW. Prior to WW loss, I quit my 20 yr/2packs a day habit. Vowed to get healthy! Ran my first 1/2 Marathon last fall.
Alas...have slacked with my good habits. Found myself in a higher size! I worked too long and too hard to be healthy, to allow this backslide! Hence I am back in weight loss mode and needing some additional encouragement, exspecially with the holidays lurking!
I am 1 month back into daily fitness, which really feels good. As I made Lifetime @ WW I can still attend meetings, which I do.
So....here's to re-committing to my health!
