Smile Hello my name is Cynthia
Im a newbie and just starting today! My daughter told me about this program and I am all into it. I have had a great day and have a little headache but its to be expected after all the trash I have instilled in my body (junk). Im planning on loosing about 35 pounds and hope you all can help me stay on this and get back to my healthy weight again.... Thanks

I have already lost 5 lbs since Monday!!! yEAH
Im doing good and eating good and ready to keep losing more!
