Hi everyone, I live in Virginia and just joined our local Y through a free membership from work. Well, actually, I didn't just join, I've been going off and on (as much as I can) for about 3 weeks now. Well, I started in weighing in at I believe 172 (I'm 5'3") and now I'm down to 172. My thing is that I start getting aggravated because I think I should be losing more than I am. I eat well and all but I just don't know....
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and get some tips from all you experts!
