Where do I begin? I really never started gaining weight until after I was married, which has been 28 yrs ago. I think my husband and I just went out to eat alot at first and then....I was diagnoised with PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome) and it has been a battle ever since! I was never able to have children so I can't blame it on "baby fat". Just me...and I eat too much I suppose! Well anyways.....this past January my husband died suddenly of a massive heart attack and I have been a "eating binge" ever since! I miss my husband tremendously and eating is the only thing that seems to feel that emptiness for awhile. I am only 46yrs old! I want a life again and I don't see anyone ever being attractive to me this way!! I need a boost!! Help!!

Oh Cindi! Life can be awful sometimes, yes?
You have come to the right place for a boost and good companionship.
Tell us some more about you. What do you like to eat? How do you like to move? We'll get ya rollin'!
