Hi everyone!
I'm really excited to join this board.

I've been struggling to fit in healthy eating and exercise into my daily routine, and I hope to do so soon. I'm a full-time student, and I HATE cooking... so not only do I not cook, but I don't have time to, anyway.
I think of myself as a 'skinny fat person', meaning that most people wouldn't consider me fat (and I don't consider myself fat, really...) but I carry my weight well and have alot of body fat. I also have a small frame, so while I may look 'smaller' than the next person, for my frame I could stand to lose a few... well maybe more than a few...
I'm looking to lose 40 pounds. I don't really have a time frame, as I want to incorporate new habits for a healthy lifestyle. I have a few bad habits I need to break in order to get there - namely sleeping past the alarm clock (which means not enough time to eat breakfast, as I'm usually running late), making excuses, not planning and preparing meals, and a bit of negative self-talk.
So anyway, here's to our health!
