Hello my name is Melissa I am 27 years old and I weighed 270 lbs. Since Sept. I just got the motivation to just do it and to stick to it no matter what. I weighed myself on Oct. 19 and I have lost 28 lbs.WOW I have about 80 lbs to go but I am lookiing at the small weight losses so it doesn't seem like so much. I am so excited and I know that I can know do whatever it takes(Healthy) to lose the weight. I am also getting married in Feb. so that is also an motivation. My fiance' is in Iraq until Jan. he has been gone since August, so I am trying to surprise him by losing the weight . I am also a cook so it was difficult to stay focused, but when you are ready then everything else will take place. I walk about 2.6 miles a day and watch what I eat. If I can do it the anyone can do it.
