Hi Everyone,

I am new to this site. I am 31 years old and need to lose weight. I have been struggling with my weight since the birth of my first child. I have been trying and have not been successful. I am really scared that I will not be healthy for my children or husband so I really need the support to do this. This looks like a wonderful place to be part of ! I am very excited to start my program and get to loosing this fat!

Hello and welcome, it's good to have you here! I am also struggling with getting rid of weight after my first child - only difference is my first child is almost 19 - so yeah - it's good you're taking care of it now. Good luck.
