I've tried other community based weight loss websites..but none of them truly helped me. I had lurked around 3FC for a while..reading posts..success stories and that what not..so, I've decided to join.
A little about myself. I'm an 18 year old guy, a college student at the fittest school in the United States. Unfortunately, I am one of the exceptions, but over the past 2 months I've been at school, I've attempted to change that. So far I'm down from my original weight of 305 to 264. I'm astounded at my weight loss. I've tried many diets in the past and I've always gone back to my original eating habits..but what I'm doing here seems to be working for me. Going to the gym everyday and cutting my calorie intake to around 800-1000 calories per day..no sugar...fried food...no red meat...no chipotle(
)..and tons of water.
My worst enemy? The mirror. It's hard for me to see changes...though I definetly do see them, and others have as well.
While I don't want to reveal everything about myself just yet (what's life without suspense?) overtime I will post pictures (once I feel comfortable of course) of my progress and if time permits it, I might start a journal. I'll be looking at each and every one of your for motivation, as I will do the same for you.
