I'm also from Georgia and welcome! I'm not doing any special diet but just trying to eat less calories and exercise more. Someone else mentioned the "Fat Smash Diet" , what are the basic principles? Obviously from the name, no fat. Have you had a hard time sticking to it? I'm looking for something to try but haven't found anything that I know I can do. I'm trying to be as realistic as possible. I don't want to set myself up for failure but I need to do something. Any info would be appreciated.
