Hi Everyone!

I'm Steph, a working mom to 2 boys, married to a wonderful man and completely blessed in every area but I STRUGGLE with food. Have my whole life. I've been overweight for 12 years now and I am finally believing that it won't just go away on it's own. I've tried tons of diets but little success and more weight gain ~ I'm sure what I was lacking is support and encouragement from others who understand and that's why I'm here. I've heard nothing but fabulous things about this site and I'm ready to get healthy! I want to run and play with my boys without getting winded

Hi Steph! Welcome to 3FC!! Support is definetly a huge compenent to successful weightloss! I wouldnt be where I am today if it werent for my support system.
