My name is Nata, getting close to 40, and...feeling yakky!!!
5'8, 225 pounds ( same scale for 6 months, could not blame "waz broken..")
I have tried literally everything in the book: Atkins, Shmatkins, low fat, low carbs, low this , low that - any how.. NOT WORKING !!!

I don't know which plan I will be following next- but I need some help here.
