Default Newbie inro: new but old....smile
Hey, everybody!
New one over here!!!
My name is Nata, getting close to 40, and...feeling yakky!!!
5'8, 225 pounds ( same scale for 6 months, could not blame "waz broken..")
I have tried literally everything in the book: Atkins, Shmatkins, low fat, low carbs, low this , low that - any how.. NOT WORKING !!!
Help, help, help
I don't know which plan I will be following next- but I need some help here.

You're in good company. Most of us have tried several things. What you'll probably end up doing, is taking what you liked about some of the plans and making your own.
Read lots here at 3fc. We'll support you and help you find what works.
