Hi, there everyone, I'm a lttle new at all of this - the online support group, I mean, not the desire to lose weight.

That desire, unfortunately, has been with me for quite a while, the actual *oopmh* to do it, well that's only been recent. And I'll have to admit that I'm a little scared that my *oomph* won't last. I'm hoping to make a difference for me, and that I can get some support from others who know how tough it is.

Hi and welcome. Whenever your oomph needs a boost, just come to 3FC. Reading here always gives my oomph a jumpstart

This site always helps to keep me motivated and on track. Be sure to look around, there are lots of challenges, support groups, etc, and you're welcome to just jump right in any of them. I look forward to seeing you around.
