I had a medical wakeup call when an insurance company refused to issue me Long Term Care insurance because of my weight. It told me I couldn't hide anymore, that someone was betting I was going to become very ill or die I started yesterday at 229 pounds with a goal of 130, my prewedding weight of 35 years ago. I appreciate any support you can give me. What I've been reading is sure impirational.

Thank you for the welcome. I've lost one pound and feel motivated. The weekends are hardest since my husband works and I have to monitor myself but I'm learning (like talking to you instead of eating!)

thank you for the info. How did you do over the weekend. I lost another pound, that makes 3 so far, but last night was hard. I was tired and had grapes and Am cheese. At least I didn't binge on sugar. Have a good day. Keep in touch.
